 As a member of Short Sale Genius, a national group of real estate agents specializing in short sale listings, we are dedicated to educating homeowners on what their options may be regarding the retention of their property, or leaving the property due to relocation or some personal economic condition.

 Our goal in helping homeowners is to avoid foreclosure, unless this option is in their best interest. Because short sale listings are such a major portion of the Phoenix area housing market, many unqualified real estate agents have been taking these listing. However, if an agent is not experienced or educated, they may be doing more harm than good to the homeowners.

 The advantage that our group has, is that we have been educated from within the banks perspective. We know how to prepare the short sale package, and we know how to talk and deal with the borrower's lender. Experience really does make the difference....
